Clever Solution in the Forge: Relocating the Furnace to Save Energy
HKS Forge is preparing an optimization of the forging heat treatment process. The goal is to utilize the accumulated heat from forging and reduce electricity consumption by tens of percent.

Our assortments contain wide range of FE die forgings, called closed die forgings, which are produced in several shape varieties.
After they are treated mechanically, our symmetric, circular or shaped die forgings are used in various industries, starting with automotive and general engineering, right through agriculture, to railway and construction industry.

Recently, there were added new advanced technologies to our existing performance equipment. These technologies include, among others, a 5-axis CNC Machine Centre, ultrasonic inspection of internal defects in forgings and automatic lifting and tilting device.
