Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: forging related skills, quality of work, versatile work skills applicable on all production lines, induction machine operation, heat checking of blanks, setting the production cycle, chamfering machine, skid brake control, flash setting, lubrication (manual, automatic), power hammer ram setting, placing the forgings into deflashing machine, conveyor and additional conveyor, deflashing of the forgings, machine setting, crane operation, dogging – not required for entry-level.

Scope and complexity of work performance of comprehensive service routine work or expert routine controllable work according to given procedures or operating modes, performance of work associated with material responsibility, performance of simple craft work.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Decree 508/2009 Slovak Law Codex, § 22 (Independent Electrotechnician) as a minimum, E2 – Low Voltage Technical Licence up to 1000 V including lightning protection, Crane and Hoist Operation Licence, Dogging Licence

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: knowledge of reading drawing documentation; qualification for VTZ lifting - crane and lashing equipment operation; operation of universal lathes, checking the condition and operation of the machine, setting up the machine, changing clamping elements - vice, rotary table, chuck, tilting vice; turning of forging and cutting tools according to technological procedures in terms of valid drawing documentation, control of standard procedures, control of documentation, control of tools and their replacement; clamping the machined part into the machine, checking the dimensions of the parts according to the drawing, using gauges; material handling with the help of a crane and lashing means.

Scope and complexity of work The performance of comprehensive service routine work or professional routine controllable work according to the given procedures or operating regimes, or work associated with material responsibility, the performance of simple craft work, the performance of repetitive, controllable administrative, economic-legal, operational-technical or economic work according to instructions or established procedures.
