Some people won't even have their blood pressure taken, because what
if the readings reveal an extra kilo, unhealthy diet or lack of
exercise.
At HKS Forge, this year on the occasion of Health Day,
they said they would give employees the opportunity to measure not only
their blood pressure, but also lung volume, blood sugar and cholesterol
levels, and the strength in their arms.
A special Inbody diagnostic device also showed them the amount of body fat and water volume in the body, body balance and the degree of obesity. "We saw that our employees were not exactly happy with the results. That's why we are launching the HKS Forge FIT programme.”
HKS Forge FIT will work on muscle mass
Over the
next six months, our employees will have the opportunity to increase the
proportion of muscle mass in their bodies. "We will reward those who
succeed, as well as those who achieve the best results," says Ivana
Kajanová, who prepares the Health Day programme every year on behalf of
HKS Forge.
Why does the forge want to motivate employees in this way? "We want them to be satisfied with themselves, to feel better about themselves. Some people take care of their health naturally, others need motivation. It seems to be working, because our competitive employees immediately started challenging themselves and competing to see who can get better results."

The Health Day event is
organised by HKS Forge every year, in the last years the event was put
on hold by the pandemic. Forge employees enjoy the event. They can try
interesting activities, find out more about their bodies and receive
information on disease prevention. Every year they start the day with a
healthy and delicious breakfast. This year's event also included ERI
diagnostics and therapy, which can detect organ problems, the presence
of viruses, bacteria and fungi, and also find out what condition the
immune and nervous systems or musculoskeletal system is in.
